Seven days a week, in neighborhoods across the country, Yoga Box is delivering experiential Vinyasa, Sculpt, and Restorative to our community of Yogis. Behind nearly every one of these studios are the Yogi Leaders or Managing Partners as we like to call them. Their entrepreneurial spirits fuel us for building businesses and communities. We are looking for those leaders. Both the people who want to make a difference where they live and those who want to put down roots to introduce Yoga Box to the places we’ve never been before.

At Yoga Box, we believe our success in a community is directly tied to the caliber of each Managing Partner. The Partner’s passion and approach to business bring each local Yoga Box community and practice to life in the neighborhoods where they work and live. That’s why we take great care in selecting our Managing Partner. We are looking for a good fit—and we know our Members are, too.

Our Managing Partners are the backbone of the Yoga Box community. Yoga Box, Inc. stands ready to support each manager and honor our mission by fostering their dreams. Taking that commitment seriously, we are looking for long-term teachers who are a good fit–and we know our members are, too.

This opening is designed to create an exceptional leader in the Yoga and Fitness Industry. For no financial fee, the Managing Partner is granted the rights necessary to operate a Yoga Box business. Yoga Box requires that the individual be free of any other active business ventures and operate the studio on a full-time, hands-on basis.
Yoga Box Managing Partners are required to complete an extensive, multi-week training program before taking over the operation of a Yoga Box, Yoga and Fitness studio. With additional development courses and managing partner support available, Yoga Box Managing Partners are equipped to handle decisions and reap a challenging business’s rewards.
You might be a great fit with Yoga Box if you:
- Are looking for a full-time, “hands-on” business opening.
- Have been teaching and practicing Yoga for 2+ years.
- Have a proven track record in studio management/leadership of 2+.
- You are a results-oriented self-starter interested in learning and growing a business.
- You are prepared to have no other active business venture.
- You are hard-working, team-focused, energetic, and low drama.
